City standards provide information on how to perform work in the public right-of-way. Standards are general guidelines used by Contractors and builders on how to repair, replace, restore, construct and install a structure, facility or system or a portion thereof. City standards are strictly adhered to when doing work in the public right-of-way.  Standards help to ensure and maintain a public environment that is safe and conforming to the overall appearance of the City. Standards are routinely enforced by inspections and by Code Enforcement.
